with ‘Best Red Hat Academy 2018’ Award International Conference on Smart Computer Applications and Innovations (ICSCAI 2018) Mr. Omkar Bahiwal, Student of Third Year Computer Science and Engineering, Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Aurangabad secured Silver Medal in AWS Educate Challenge conducted by Amazon Web Services. Looking at the the excellence and performance of Omkar in Cloud Computing, He was nominated directly to the national competition. Total 27 states participated in the event and overall Annual gathering was inaugurated by Mr. N Shreeram, President and director, Endress+Hauser Flowtec (India) Pvt. Ltd. Aurangbad Former as well present students of MIT shared memories and explored new ideas at Annual Alumni Meet on Republic day MIT students enjoyed “Kalavinhangam-2018” Annual gathering In MIT Aurangabad, Three days “Kalavinhangam-2018” Annual gathering was celebrated on 26, 27 and 28 Feb 2018. On the first day the inauguration was done in the presence of Mr. N Shreeram, President and Director, Endress+Hauser Flowtec (India) Pvt. Ltd. Aurangabad, MIT Director General Prof. Munish Sharma, Principal Dr. Santosh Bhosale, Principal Dr. Nilesh Patil, Principal Prof. Sunil Deshmukh, Principal Dr. P S Kadam, Principal Prof. Helen Rani, all professor and students. At starting MIT students group performed the Dhol performance. On the same day Indie Routes, Abhas Joshi and Shreyas Joshi, The Voice of India, A famous Band from Mumbai entertained students by playing different Marathi, Hindi, Punjabi, Sufi and Pop songs. In this program ,3 MIT student artists performed their cultural activities of solo songs, solo dance, powada, duet and other events in this cultural event. Dr. Ajay Dahake and their group performed the skit on “Doctors for beggars”. The MIT students from Bhutan country performed an event on culture of Bhutan.
