Sorry about that, we’re having some technical difficulties. It's a bit like a Webex!  As the year comes to an end, I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for your tremendous work in making this another enormously successful year for MPC. The innovation, craft and creativity that all of our studios have produced  continues to amaze and exceeded 2018 saw many changes in our industry and also within some of our studios. The changes have brought about great opportunities for new leaders in MPC, and I am delighted with how our new leadership team has settled in, and how our new leaders are imposing their ambition, pas*ion, expertise and vision across our business. Here's a reminder of our new appointments.. .  In London and New York, we have new MD’s; Jonathan Davies and Angela Lupo respectively. Camila Di Biaggi has moved forward as our Senior EP in MPCNY. Based in LA, Todd Davidovich was appointed COO, and Lauren Pollare appointed Global Head of Marketing. Based in London, Lisa Hambleton was appointed Global Head of HR and David Spilsbury, as well as running our Advertising technology globally, now has a broader role covering Advertising technology for Production Services. MPC has worked more effectively as a global group of studios than ever before, and I am very excited about the enormous potential for our new leadership team, including of course Robert Owens, Lily Li, Sal Umerji, Julien Meesters, Fabrice Damolini and David White.  With the ever changing trends in our industry, and the great opportunities that these changes represent, we have appointed Walter Campbell as Creative Head of Business Development. Working alongside Oli Forder in London, Oli and Walter are focusing on how we develop and provide end-to-end creative and production solutions for our clients. This new team of leaders will work closely with all of us, defining the future of MPC, and how we continue to produce the highest quality of content, and innovate our business so as to remain market and industry leaders.
