Do not worry if you aren't available at the start of the session as it lasts 2-3 hours so pop up when you are available and say hello. WHAT do I need? - just a micro-phone and some head phones(in ear phones work fine) and a free Skype account. Using headphones or earphone reduces 'echo' on the call.
