I 've been in 3D for 20 years and Poliigon is one of the best resources I've found! I no longer need to waste time tiling and retouching textures myself, as they're all ready to go. Creating this project I had one problem less. I didn't have to search for good looking textures which can fit into the scenery that I created. For sure using Poliigon textures speeds up the creation of photorealistic renderings. And they look really nice even in closeups I don't remember exactly when I first heard of Poliigon, I think it was on youtu*e. But I wasn't skeptical, few sites had textures with all the maps I would need in 3d design. And yes, I would recommend Poliigon, and I have, to a friend of mine.
