I had a heart warming welcome on my first time visit by Eloise and her team at Urban Sas*. Eloise did a fantastic transformation on my hair, loving my new look a lot. Not forgetting the amazing 5-star treatment I had during the day from the hand and neck mas*ages, to the great coffee, everyone was super sweet making sure I was okay.
